What happens on first contact?
A phone call. We briefly discuss your situation and your needs, then schedule a meeting based on availability.
Do you offer services in English?
Individual follow-up is available in English. Groups are currently offered in French only.
Can I get information without committing to anything?
A call is just a call. Being willing to take the first step is enough.
